- mountain spring water drops on a field of nasturtium shoots
- rowan berry essence on good-king-Henry herbage
- root vegetables smoked in bales of meadow hay
- cairn of flatbread baked on talus rock cobbles
- raw cow milk from the Alpkäserei Tenner Alp
- milk fat sublimated into butter ingot
- buttermilk precipitated from ingot
- farm fowl rendered into bouillon spirit
