MODULE 1: In nine workshops with different contextual and media focal points, participants are accompanied by coaches in their own projects. The participants work on their projects in the landscape around Tenna. There is also a seminar room and a library with extensive specialist literature. At the end of the academy, a presentation of these projects will take place.

The participants apply with their own project idea, on the basis of which they are selected for the academy and assigned to a coach / workshop. In the course of the academy, mentoring can also be arranged with other coaches. The following options are available:
